I put this site together so that you will have a sense of my background in engineering, program management, sales and product innovation. I have held three positions at a global engineering company over the last six years. I am a detail-oriented person that understands the importance of meeting deadlines while remaining open to innovation. I am known as a person able to drive change in a positive fashion and enjoy defining profitable ways to apply new technologies to the real world. I am currently working as a Key Account Manager managing a diverse customer base and product portfolio. My involvement with clients during the new business development process has helped them to create new products. I look forward to working with innovative companies that are seeking to hire creative people determined to achieve success.

    Global Sales Manager: Platform Solutions

    Role: Managing sales activities of modular platform technologies into global accounts within the Off-Road (motorcycle, construction, agriculture, forestry, recreation, and marine), Truck, Standard Automotive, and Distribution markets. This includes defining new business strategies and executing along with regional sales managers. Business development activities to include the creation of future product roadmaps, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, as well as push global growth initiatives. It is the responsibility of this role to ensure that all key account managers and sales leads have necessary materials and have been adequately trained for success. The overall goal of this position is to drive market penetration into various global regions and achieve new growth.

    Role: Responsible for leading and managing projects in the Off-Road/Industry/Home/Power Tool Divisions, meeting customer demands, achieving overall project timing, and meeting financial targets.  Required to lead project teams from development through series production, acting as the primary point of communication between the customer and the project team.


    Responsibilities:  
      • • Work together with internal and customer management teams to plan, develop, control and direct projects
      • • Lead across functions to ensure on-time-delivery of the right products that meet quality standards to the customer
      • • Coordinate ongoing analyses of projects and development activities to identify cost saving opportunities, quality and process improvements
      • • Support sales teams in presenting new technologies and products to existing customers and current products to potential new customers
      • • Provide technical direction and serve as the point of contact for design engineering and process/manufacturing engineering

I believe there are many inherent benefits of being connected to a strong community and doing what I can to support my neighbors.
